Who Are We?
Well, more then who are we, it is who I am....
I am a guy that loves computers, the internet, and mobile apps but I hate working on my car. I would rather pay a professional to fix my car than dare try to fix it myself. I would make things worse. However, I would like to maintain my car so I don't have to always get it fixed by pros and have to spend an arm and a leg because I forgot to change my oil or radiator fluid.
So, combining my knowledge of the internet and app development I decided to create a website that would help remind me when I need to do certain things. The idea sprouted when my wife asked me when she was suppose to change her filters. A simple question for many, but a thinker for myself. I searched for ideas online and found so many useless answers and people's own opinion of what I was suppose to do. All the searching made me mad at the entire idea that I know nothing about cars. Thus, I decided to combine what I found into one easily searchable website that would allow you to simply type in your mileage and get an answer to your needs. Thus, MyMobileMileage was born.
What is MyMobileMilage?
MyMobileMileage is a brainchild website / app that can help you stay on top of your car's maintenance schedule without having to remember anything personally. This website can be your one stop shop for your maintenance schedule needs. You can either use the website or app to check your current mileage and see what you should have done, what you will have to do and what is currently due.
With a paid subscription you can use this site to help you keep up with your car's maintenance without having to visit the site ever again. Just sign up, put in your current mileage, your driving habits, and your email or text message frequency and you can have reminders delivered directly to you when something comes up. It's like having a mechanic in your back pocket.
